chevy truck parts  GM has slowed production on the Chevy Malibu, Yukon and Tahoe because of the continual manufacturer strikes that have been occurring this and past months. Chevy truck parts are not being produced at a fast enough level to keep up with production so the whole process slowed to a stop. It goes to show that striking Chevy truck parts workers hold an extremely important role in the profitability of GM. Heavy Duty commercial Chevy trucks and midsized class are all feeling the crunch.

GM dealers are also being affected by the Chevy truck parts slowdown because their orders for more trucks are not being filled. GM auto plants are booked up for now and are not taking any orders. This means GM dealers can forget about filling out new truck orders because they will not be coming.

According to trucktrend.com, GM lost around 15,000 vehicle sales in April. In a time that domestic sales are so important it is too bad that this has happened. Although with the price of gas, it is up for question how many other then commercial sources are interested in full size Chevy trucks.
