The hope of the new advertisements is to promote new earth friendly Chevy truck parts on the Silverado, the new Bolt, Traverse and the Malibu Hybrid. I have not been able to find these Chevy truck forum advertisements on YouTube but can say that I saw the Malibu Hybrid commercial.

For those looking for something that steps away from traditional Chevy truck parts, I recommend checking out the Traverse (seen in picture). I think it resembles many of the other cross over SUVs on the market but brings something a little bit new with the large rounded front end. I suggest this vehicle for any family man that doesn’t want to submit to the mini-van persona. The Traverse was first showcased in the 2000 Chicago Auto Show and is finally making its sales floor appearance for 2009.

Powered by a 3.6-liter DOHC V6 with variable valve timing the Traverse will scoot drivers around with 286 horsepower (dual exhaust). This engine is new to the Chevy truck forum and looks to be very efficient.
